SHIPPING POLICIES AND COSTS
Rosato guarantees delivery within 3–5 business days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM. Business days are Monday through Friday.
For deliveries to Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the islands, delivery may require one additional day.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and company closure periods for holidays, which will be communicated on the website. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third attempt, the order will be placed in storage.
All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to modify shipping and delivery times.
Bartolini and Poste Italiane/SDA are the Company’s authorized shipping couriers.
Shipping is free for purchase orders over €69; for orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €4.50.
The Customer will be kept updated throughout the transaction process: once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking code and the web address to monitor the delivery status online.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.
Upon receiving the product, the Customer is invited to check:
1- that the package is intact, undamaged, not wet, and otherwise unaltered, including the sealing. Any complaints must be reported to the courier and noted at the time of signing for receipt with the wording: “Accepted subject to inspection.” Otherwise, the package shall be deemed correctly delivered;
2- that the products correspond to those indicated in the delivery note and/or invoice, both in quantity and type. Any complaints must be reported to the courier and noted at the time of signing for receipt with the wording: “Accepted subject to inspection.” Otherwise, the contents of the package shall be deemed free from defects and/or faults.
