FREE RETURN
For ROSATO, customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund.
Returned items must be in perfect condition with no signs of use and in their original packaging, in a well-sealed and protected package.
Follow these simple steps to make a return:
Online return booking:
- Log in to your account and go to the ORDER HISTORY section.
- Select the order you wish to return and click on REQUEST A RETURN.
- Select the option Other. Once you have verified that the displayed order number is correct, click on Start the return process.
- Select the products you wish to return and click on NEXT STEP. Choose the reason for the return and click on NEXT STEP again.
- Check that the indicated address is correct, click on Return, and after reviewing the summary, select Confirm return.
Package preparation:
Once the online procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and the shipping label.
- Print the return email and the shipping label received.
- Place the products inside the package (preferably using the original packaging) and include a printed copy of the email inside the parcel.
- Carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label to the outside in a clearly visible position.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
REFUND:
The refund of the amount spent depends on the method of payment chosen at the time of purchase:
– payment via PayPal, the refund will be made directly via PayPal;
– if you pay by credit card or prepaid card, the refund will be credited only to the card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to
cards other than those used for the purchase.
-payment via Scalapay, you will be refunded the instalments already paid directly to the card used for payment, while the instalments not yet paid
will be cancelled. In case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from your instalments starting with the last one.
Rosato will proceed with the refund of the cost of the goods shipped, within the legal terms (30 days), only after having received the goods
and checked that all requirements have been met.
Refunds cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made by bank transfer.
Return Procedure for Guest Orders
If your order was placed as a guest – i.e. without registering online – you can still request a return manually by clicking on
